Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged or wrongly delivered products.
- For other reasons, exchanges or e-Vouchers (valid for 3 months) are available.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

- Free returns and exchanges for wrong products, sizes, or damaged items.
- Exchanges permitted for same-price products or sizes.
- Shipping charges may apply in certain cases.

Initiating Returns:

- Contact Customer Support via phone (+91-76999-56555) or email (kalavicouture@gmail.com) within 7 days.
- Provide order details, reason for return, and other relevant information.

Cancellation:

- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
- Full refund will be initiated upon cancellation.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the refund request.
  - Refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4-8 days.
• All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.

Documentation:

• Product images and tags may be required for certain return cases.
